Аннотация. В статье исследуется проблема польско-черкесского взаимодействия в сфере военной культуры в XVI–XVIII вв., рассматривается процесс интеграции воинов-иммигрантов черкесов (адыгов) в армию Королевства Польского и Речи Посполитой, а также в шляхетскую социальную корпорацию. Отмечена роль черкесского фактора для укрепления внешнеполитического положения Речи Посполитой, а также влияние черкесской военной культуры на польскую. Сделан вывод, что польско-черкесский диалог в сфере военного дела и культуры XVI–XVIII вв. является важной частью общемирового военно-исторического наследия.

CIRCASSIAN MILITARY CULTURE IN POLAND OF XVI–XVIII с.
Abstract. The article examines Polish-Circassian interaction in the field of military culture in the XVI–XVIII centuries, considers the process of integration of Circassian immigrant warriors into the army structure of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, as well as into the gentry social corporation, highlights the status of Circassian soldiers in the military hierarchy of the Polish army.
The paper studies the role of the Circassians who were in the Polish military service in the external wars of Poland with the Ottoman Empire, Sweden and the Crimean Khanate and shows the importance of the Circassian factor in strengthening the foreign policy situation of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The author compares the Polish and Circassian military cultures, revealing their symbolic and mental similarity, the influence of the Circassian military art and traditions on the Polish military culture. The article concludes that the Polish-Circassian dialogue in the field of military affairs and culture of the XVI–XVIII centuries is an important part of the global military historical heritage.
